Shipping conditions

The shipping fees include VAT and depend on the type and nature of the product. Please note that depending on the payment method, additional (transaction) fees may apply, which are itemized in the shopping cart or checkout area.

• The shipping costs of several different items depend on the weight and delivery service. Some of our products are managed, packaged and shipped by cooperation partners. All of the associated costs are therefore not made and determined by us.
• Shipping costs are calculated in the last step of the order.
• The payment method "Sofort" from Klarna can lead to a delay of 1-2 working days because the receipt of payment from Klarna itself is still checked.
• Order will be processed within 1-3 working days after receipt of order
• Delivery time is approx. 4-9 working days depending on the destination country unless otherwise stated in the product information.
• No shipping on Sundays and public holidays
